Our Family has been developing in the Okanagan Valley now for over 15 years. Throughout this time, we have been in search of that special spot. We always make it our objective to create neighbourhoods we would call home. Vernon felt right to us. The small-town feel, friendly people, and a real sense of community. The more time we spent in Vernon, the more we realized Middleton Mountain was the place. It’s location affords one access to all the amenities Vernon has to offer, all within a short drive. On Middleton Mountain you quickly get mesmerized by the views. Everyone who has walked the site with me smiles as they feel the excitement you can only experience by being there. You must see it to appreciate it. We found a jewel in the location we proudly call Sunscapes on Middleton Mountain. This is a generational property. As people start to experience what the Okanagan Valley has to offer, access to exceptional property becomes harder to acquire.
