|Terry recently started with Musgrave Agencies working as an agricultural realtor as well as operating a mixed farm operation which includes 1,000 acres of cropland, 300 acres of hay land and 2,000 head of cattle. His primary focus is in farm real estate, both in grain land as well as cattle operations. Terry has been in agriculture his whole life, being raised on a family farm north west of Lloydminster in the Marwayne area. He graduated from Marwayne High School and owned a trucking operation for a while. Then he decided that agriculture was what he loved most, so he returned back to the farm and started his own farm at 23 years. He grew his cattle operation to 1,000 cows, which he sold out in 2005 and then he switched to backgrounding yearlings and grazing them on grass and then cleaning out all the cattle in the fall.
Terry looks forward to meeting all potential clients and old friends to talk about how, together, you can make some money at this old occupation and have some fun.
